Applying or refreshing a Negative Status Effect to an enemy increases Status Damage by 1% for 15s. Max 50 stacks.

Sinister Totem is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Sinister Totem enables the user to enhance their status damage by a percentage every time they apply or refresh a negative status effect. It is a brand-new Amulet debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC.

A thorned necklace bearing a totem that is nothing short of ominous. It pricks you when you place it around your neck, teasing out drops of blood that somehow seem to satiate the inanimate idol. You're certain you rather not know the origin of those tufts of red fur caught in the braided thorns.

"Because we thought your status build wasn't powerful enough"

In all honesty though this thing can be absurd and I love it

Firestorm damage ticks apply/refresh the burning debuff per tick, racking up the amulets effect fairly quickly up to 50%.
great way to passively melt bosses health bars with the Ritualists longer status effect Trait.
try to have the Stone Of Malevolence within your build and you´ll have a quick refill of your Mods to fire another.

Extremely useful paired up with spitfire shotgun as burning has shortest duration and every shot applies it.

after the fix to energising neck coil, this thing is so much better. apply 3 debuffs as ritualist kill the target. it spreads. 3 debuffs pass to new targets. this in a horde is a easy 50% status damage buff. easy to upkeep and sure may take abit of time to ramp up on a boss but if that boss has trash spawns kill trash it spreads boom big stack gain.

Found this in Imperial Gardens as a random purple drop.

The bonus does affect bleeds from weapons and mods (like blood draw and mercliess), but doesn't seem to apply to the bleed from the twisting wounds mutator, though that could just be an oversight on the mutator bleed not being affected by other buffs.

So if you’re shooting something like merciless does that mean it will ramp up to 50% per hit?? or am I misunderstanding how this thing applies.
