Neckbone Necklace is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Neckbone Necklace is a highly valued amulet made from the neck bone of a noctura, reducing the damage of status effects and increasing damage while suffering from a status effect.
Wishes are deadly, dangerous things. Oh, to make a wish is harmless of course, but to have one granted? If such a thing could be done without cost, the world as we know it would cease to be.

Complete the Feast Event
After using the Ravenous Medallion to open the locked door, you will find a lonely creature sitting on a table filled with rotten food. This will bestow the RAVENOUS status effect on your character.
He will ask you to take part on the feast. Eat any meal served, and the event will begin. Fae of many types will spawn in the room and you will have to defeat them.
Once you are done with the Fae waves, the event ends and the host regains consciousness. You will receive Neckbone Necklace from him.
