If you want a mod build, then just make a mod build. Don't waste an amulet that forces you to shield. That's a lot of hoops to jump for not a lot of gain.
Can this drop in dungeons, too? Or only in the overworld? I've rerolled N'Erud multiple times now, 170 hours total in this game, have literally every piece of equipment, except this thing. And I cannot seem to get it :(
