Alepsis-Taura

alepsis taura location remnant 2 wiki guide 300px

And for the purposes of this endeavor, time is our friend.

Alepsis-Taura is a Location in Remnant 2. Alepsis-Taura is the last explorable location in N'Erud after completing the Seeker's Keys quest and one of the many worlds that can be explored in Remnant 2Each Location in Remnant 2 will feature unique landscapes, events, dungeons, BossesEnemies, and Items.

Alepsis-Taura is a large black hole that was ultimately the cause of the death of the Drzyr people as they attempted to explore it to gain true mastery over the universe.

Remnant 2 Alepsis-Taura Walkthrough

Alepsis-Taura is the only accessible N'Erud location after finishing the Seeker's Keys Campaign quest and killed the world boss Sha'Hala: Spectral Guardian of N'Erud for The Custodian (make sure you talk to The Custodian after killing the world boss). Then you have to wait 24 hours in real-time (you can forward your PC time then travel to Ward 13 and back to N'Erud). Using the Override Pin (used for the alternate kill) prevents you from accessing Alepsis-Taura. Can be obtained in Adventure Mode.

Make sure you finished everything you need to on the N'Erud before you unlock Alepsis-Taura or else you will have to reroll the map again. Once Alepsis-Taura is accessible, the rest of the N'Erud will become inaccessible.

Alepsis-Taura is in fact empty, you won't even find walls or ground, but you can still walk around without having to worry about any danger.

In this place you will find an audio Record, recorded by Primis Astropath talking about their hope to find life. And you will also find a Void Heart on the 'ground'.

There's nothing else to find. Once you reach Alepsis-Taura you will no longer be able to fast travel to any N'Erud location.

Can't y'all just... I don't know, go do something else ? you don't need to have the game open for 24 hours lmao. And it's not like there is some mandatory loot or story either. It's just free fluff 24 hours after you beat n'erud.

      • Anonymous

Do not be a smooth brain. If you want to get to Alepsis-Taura asap after N'erud storyline is concluded, set your PC clock 24hrs forwards and restart the game.

I don't know who thought making us wait this long to get it was a good idea. I'm not reseting my campaign yet because I'm waiting to find an item in an adventure to complete something. And now my adventure is also on hold. So I basically can't play in my own game for 24 hours. I really don't get it. There should be an ingame option to just sit somewhere and wait for X time.

It seems to be 48 hour wait on PC. Until elepsus is available you can still freely travel nerude and the custodian will tell you hes busy or something along those lines. On windows you can simply turn your date and time forward. An indicator that it worked is the thaen fruit growing in your garden if you have it.

Make sure you select the mode containing this worlds quest when waiting for time to pass. That is adventrue or story, whichever your doing the quest on. time only passes on the one selected, even when the game isn't open.

i love the story of this world so i crunched some numbers.. assuming the laws of physics here behave identical to ours; theory of relativity holds true; 2nd law of thermodynamics applies; assuming Alepsis-Taura can be modeled as a Schwarzschild black hole and its singularity can be described as per Penrose-Hawking theorems

for N'Erud to "enter" Alepsis-Taura "for only a century" - i assume that meant going past the Schwarzschild radius, stopping at 1AU away from its singularity

..and exit to find the universe "have died its slow death" - i that meant all other black holes have evaporated due to Hawking radiation, and NOT actual "heat death" (reaching thermodynamic equilibrium - in which case Alepsis-Taura itself would also cease to exist). based on current estimation it would have taken 10^100 years for this to occur

put these numbers together - time dilation factor due to gravitational field strength is 10^98, and assuming also gravitational constant is 6.67x10^-11 and speed of light squared is 9x10^16..

the mass of Alepsis-Taura is: approx 3.38 x 10^7 solar masses
the event horizon of Alepsis-Taura is: approx 2.12 x 10^6 light years

Update for Xbox series players. I tried multiple ways to get it to work and after some digging here are the steps that I took to get the location to trigger.

Here is what I had to do.
1-Set to normal. Basically reset any changes that you would normally and be online
2-Go to ward 13 and save at the crystal
                3-exit to main menu
                4-close it on xbox
5-go to settings > personalize >make this my home xbox (wait a minute for it to process)
                6-change network to offline mode
7-restart console (hold xbox button and restart.)
8-go to settings> time (there should now be a way to manually change the date)
9-move the date ahead 2 days
                10-launch the game offline
                11-zone was now active

If anyone is trying this on xbox:
                  Defeat the boss mentioned above,
                  exhaust all custodian dialogue,
                  exit to main menu,
quit the game using the Xbox menu
Go to settings > system > time: change your time zone to +0 (if your time zone is already set to +2 or below then change it to +14 and skip the next few steps)
                  Open the game,
                  Load your character,
(I talked to the custodian just to make sure, he had no more dialogue,)
                  Exit to main menu,
                  Quit using xbox menu,
Go to settings and change time zone to +14
                  Open game,
                  load character,
                  travel to ward 13,
                  Access the world stone,
alepsis taura should now be available.

"Alepsis-Taura is the last explorable location in N'Erud after completing the Seeker's Keys quest and one of the many worlds that can be explored in Remnant 2 and is a returning world from Remnant: from the Ashes."
Where was this in Remnant: FtA? Did I somehow miss something in my 300+ hours of gameplay and poring over the wiki in search of every item and outcome? Or is this page just poorly edited?
Cool area though. This and Nimue's dream give me strong Bloodborne Rhom and Elden Ring Rennala vibes.

Un-****ing fortunately, once you get Alepsis Taura, you will no longer be able to go to N Erud. What the ****?

                      • Anonymous

If Alepsis-Taura is not available for you, after following the steps. Make sure you do this:
                        1. Turn in the quest to the Custodian
                        2. make sure that when are waiting the 12 hours that the mode you have Ne'rud on is selected.

                        • Anonymous

Just a heads up you need to turn the quest into the custodian after killing Sha'Hala: Spectral Guardian of N'Erud for the 12 hour timer to start.

I found some scrap or iron or something in the out of bounds section here. I tried everything, running along every wall, even holding down the Warp ability so i could see the indicator along every wall in case there was an invisible gap. I dont even think its important its like galvanized iron or something.

                              How it worked for me:
beat the seekers key quest using the console (standard ending)
talk to custodian at ascension spire and exhaust his dialogue
                              return to ward 13
wait 12 hours or set your system time forward
should now be able to fast travel to Alepsis-Taura
once you do this you won't be able to fast travel anywhere else on N'Erud

anyone know if its possible to get here without the Eidolon Shard? I've crafted the Spectral blade and thus cannot get another one :c

                                • Anonymous

do the seekers keys quest (you dont have to give the custodian the eidolon shard) then you can close your game and change your time by roughly 12 hours open again and you should be able to get there

i reroll the world 2 times on adventure and did the normal kill(no override key) and nothing happpen.
i think you can only visit it on campaign?

                                    • Anonymous

i killed the world boss of n'erud using the console, not the key
I looked around n'erud for 2 hours and couldn't find the way in alepsis-taura so i continued my campaign and killed the world boss of Yaesha. I checked back to n'erud and somehow I unlocked alepsis-Taura. I don't know what triggered it and I can no longer travel to any place in n'erud anymore, only to alepsis-taura

I have the feeling that there's more to the space that we currently know, I have materials visible off in the distance that seem to be on a ramp or such.

So has anyone actually found a way into here yet?

Ive done the keys twice and waited 12 hours the world never updates to let me load into it
