Matriarch's Insignia is an Amulet in Remnant 2. Matriarch's Insignia is an amulet bearing the crest of the Red Widows, it increases melee damage and restores stamina on successful melee attacks.
A weaker ruler might have forbidden all weapons from her presence, for immortality is not a gift so lightly risked. Instead, Jinas decreed that her Widows should stand beside her with blades drawn.

I’ll just say it down here because it’s not on the page yet but this is a guaranteed spawn in the widow’s court.
It’s behind a locked door upstairs that needs the tarnished key to open. You get the tarnished key behind the waterfall on the lower level
Also widows court is guaranteed to spawn if you start out Yaesha in the red throne so if you want it fast just reroll Yaesha until you start at the red throne
As a final note this amulet is insane with the world’s edge because it lets you power attack continuously, it also really good with flails for the same reason

The 10 stamima might seem like a small amount, but that can be the difference between taking damage and not.
Get that last charge attack in that drains your stamina. With this amulet, you can roll away. Without it, you take the hit for your greed.
The 35% damage bonus is insane as well. If you play Melee, this amulet is worth rerolling Yaesha om Adventure over and over until you find it!

I found it on a corpse in The Widow's Court. It was at the top of a building near where you obtain the Ornate Key. But it could be completely RNG.

I would recommend ONLY using and getting this amulet on hardcore IF you have a dedicated and already mostly working melee build going.
