The Root Spriggan is an Enemy in Remnant 2. A massive Root entity roaming Root Earth, it uses its bulk in combat while also subverting the very ground beneath. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.

Remnant 2 Root Spriggan Information

• Race: Root
• Weakness: Glowing back (Entire body during instability)
• Attacks:
  • Triple Strike: Performs a backhand with each of its massive arms, before lunging forward. 
    • If performed during instability, it will wind up for the first strike but immediately skip to the second. This can easily throw off dodge timings.
  • Tremor Slam: The Spriggan headbutts the ground, creating two concentric rings of Root Growth around itself.
  • Root Seeker: Slams down both of its arms, sending out an underground tendril that  tracks players and leaves Root Growth in its wake.
• Most of its attacks create Root Growth, damaging players when it appears, and slowing anyone who walks through.
  • The Growth can be destroyed by damaging it or by rolling through.
• Will sometimes enter a state of instability, visually "glitching out". Its entire body counts as a weakspot for the duration.
