The Armored Fae Soldier is an Enemy in Remnant 2. Clad from head to toe in armor, this warrior of the Shaed trades the usual agility of his kind for greater resistance. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.

  • Race: Fae
  • Weakness: Easily staggered by melee attacks.
  • Attacks:
    • Charge: At medium range, the Fae Soldier may break into a sprint, ending in a thrust of considerable reach.
    • Wide Swings: The Soldier swings his hammer in a wide arc twice.
      • The Soldier can perform an overhead strike with his hammer. This attack can either replace the second swing, or occur as a third attack of the sequence.
  • The Soldier's armor grants him damage reduction over nearly the entirety of his body. Only his hands have a neutral damage multiplier.

    • I'm not sure what annoys me more: the fact that the developers decided to make this enemy's one "weak" spot be their hands, or the fact that I've actually gotten semi-decent at hitting them with my rifle. The one good thing I will say about this enemy is that I managed to make my friend completely lose it by repeating "Hand-Shot!" in my best FPS announcer voice.
