The Bloater is an Enemy in Remnant 2. Bloaters are ambush hunters that may appear sluggish at a glance, but their attacks can have surprising reach. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.

- Slam: The Bloater rears up and slams down.
- Charge: The Bloater contracts, then rushes forward.
- Bloaters will ambush targets by hiding underneath the waterline or clinging to ceilings.
- When dropping from ceilings they inflict heavy damage to anyone caught below.
