The Root Hound is an Enemy in Remnant 2. Burrowing underground, it occasionally resurfaces to unleash a devastating projectile barrage. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.

• Weakness: Glowing Spines
• The Hound generally moves underground, where it is, though not invulnerable, mostly protected from attacks.
• Attacks:
  • Single Projectile: While burrowed, it shoots a single projectile at a target.
  • Corruption Barrage: The Hound resurfaces, and releases a burst of several projectiles. During this, its back is vulnerable.
  • Corruption Blast: When at close range, it will release an energy blast around itself, before retreating underground.
