The Fae Painless is an Enemy in Remnant 2. A hullking monument to self-mutilation, the Painless seeks to inflict just as much on the less resilient. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.
