The Root Knight is an Enemy in Remnant 2. A powerful Root manifestation, this harrowing fantasm haunts the ruins of the First Core. Enemies are hostile creatures that inhabit the different realms that you'll encounter, each enemy has its own unique style and set of attacks that players will need to encounter. Killing different types of enemies will drop different types of items.

Remnant 2 Root Knight Information

• Weakness: Core in its chest
• Attacks:
  • Corruption Slash: The Knight raises its spear pointing forward and approaches a target. Once close enough, it strikes twice: once diagonally and then horizontally. Both swings release a large energy wave.
  • Tremor Strike: The Knight raises its spear aboive its head, before bringing it down in a massive eruption of Root energy.
    • The explosion also sends out projectiles that leave damaging zones of corruption on impact.
  • Root Magic: The Knight sends out a projectile from its free hand. The projectiles that hit the ground explode after a delay.
    • The Knight typically raises into the air before using this ability, but can also use this on the ground.
