Outrage Utility Perk
Unlocked at level 3 Sacrifice grants 3% Lifesteal for each Minion Sacrificed. Lasts 10s. Upgrade unlocked at level 8 Sacrifice grants 3% Lifesteal for each Minion Sacrificed, and increases Movement Speed by 15%. Lasts 10s.

Outrage is a Perk in Remnant 2. The Outrage perk is empowers the Sacrifice ability. When using Sacrifice, the Summoner gains Lifesteal for each sacrificed Minion, allowing them to recover health during combat. At higher levels, the perk offers an additional benefit, increasing the Summoner's Movement Speed during Sacrifice, enabling faster movement in battle while benefiting from Lifesteal.. Perks are passive effects that players can add to their Archetypes as they level up, boosting their effectiveness while on the battlefield. Each Perk is locked behind a specific Archetype and is split into 5 different groups depending on their function: Prime, Damage, Team, Utility, and Relic.

Remnant 2 Outrage Perk Information

• Outrage is a Summoner Perk
• Outrage can be unlocked at level 3 and can be upgraded at level 8
• Archetypes have 1 Perk per Perk type, and they will always unlock them in the same order (Prime, Damage, Team, Utility, and Relic) as you reach level 5. From level 6 to 10, your Perks will receive an upgrade, following that same order.
• Prime Perks are the only perks that have 2 upgrades. They become available at level 0, and are upgraded at level 5 and 10.
