Backbone is a Perk in Remnant 2. The Backbone perk is provides added durability in combat. Initially, it allows the Medic to withstand one extra hit before losing Grey Health. As the Medic's level increases, they gain even more resilience, enduring two additional hits before losing Grey Health, making them more resilient and reliable on the battlefield.. Perks are passive effects that players can add to their Archetypes as they level up, boosting their effectiveness while on the battlefield. Each Perk is locked behind a specific Archetype and is split into 5 different groups depending on their function: Prime, Damage, Team, Utility, and Relic.

Are there any other ways to add more hits before losing grey health? I assumed this was the only one, but figured it was possible I was missing a rare ring or something.
