Upgrades at level 6 for more significant damage boosts.. Perks are passive effects that players can add to their Archetypes as they level up, boosting their effectiveness while on the battlefield. Each Perk is locked behind a specific Archetype and is split into 5 different groups depending on their function: Prime, Damage, Team, Utility, and Relic.

Remnant 2 Dominator Perk Information

  • Dominator is a Summoner Perk
  • Dominator can be unlocked at level 1 and can be upgraded at level 6
  • Archetypes have 1 Perk per Perk type, and they will always unlock them in the same order (Prime, Damage, Team, Utility, and Relic) as you reach level 5. From level 6 to 10, your Perks will receive an upgrade, following that same order.
  • Prime Perks are the only perks that have 2 upgrades. They become available at level 0, and are upgraded at level 5 and 10.
  • Interestingly the timer on buffs after sacrificing minion depends on what type of minion is sacrificed but number of minions doesn't matter.

There is a cool synergy with Soul Anchor Amulet here. Basically summon one Hollow and quickly sacrifice it. It will give you 20% boost to all damage from Soul Anchor AND 30% (at level 10) damage boost from this perk for full 30s. Then by the time the buff is running out you can summon the other hollow and sacrifice it to refresh both the buffs. You can keep on doing this infinitely.
Of course it is not the most optimum damage option but it is kinda fun.

You can abuse this btw, at least as of August 1st. Take the summoner as your secondary archetype (Tried as primary and it didn't work) summon the little hollow guys and switch the secondary to something else. Once the little guys get banished you get a sort-of permanent dominator perk. I managed to clear entire Losomn as a Die Hard Mercenary and had the perk active all the way. Could just be a bug in my game, but I managed to replicate it several times.
