Carry mode Vulcan is crazy slept on by the community. Hard focusing into this as your main damage weapon with full skill damage investment and 60% Cooldown Reduction results in an EXTREMELY high DPS sor something that isn't HU|GS. Can you do shitloads of damage with a good Sidewinder build and usual HU|GS? Yes, absolutely, but testing on dummies with a very high Overclock uptime when prime perk results in ~3500 DPS with consistent weakpoints. With 3 Cooldown Rings, you still have a 4th flex slot and that's entirely dependent on how long you want to wait on Overclock's cooldown. Add in some extra flavor like Zania's malice for good Weakspot bosses, Burden of the Gambler for bosses with bad/no weakspot, or simple utility, like Mechanic's Cog or Wolf Ring. For amulet I highly recommend Silver Ribbon, making the damage output of the turret while in Overclock very respectable.

Using this, I was able to shred The Huntress down to 30% health after activating Overdrive. This thing shreds.

Can't really check if it really get upgraded or just a bug display.
