Gold Digger has the following effect:
Dig into the ground to spring a fountain which grants a random buff. Fountains last 45s and their buffs last 20s.
Fountains can grant either: (Red) 10% increased damage, (Blue) 15% damage reduction, (Green) 2 Health Regeneration per second, or (Yellow) HASTE.
Cooldown: 45s

- Observation suggests the effect will only have one fountain of each type active, so multiple digs should be lossless.
- While there are occurrences of identical fountains coexisting, these are extremely rare.

Feel like the skill would see a lot more use if the Wells only last 20 seconds but their BUFFS last 45 seconds, rather than 45 seconds Wells and 20 seconds buffs...
