How to Get Vial: Elixir Of Life Skill in Remnant 2
Every Archetypes is equipped with 1 skill that is automatically unlocked. Players can unlock 2 additional Skills by reaching level 5 and level 10. There are a total of 3 Skills per Archetype, but only 1 can be selected at a time, giving players room to strategize when and where to use these Skills.

Vial: Elixir Of Life has the following effect:
Creates a mysterious vapor cloud that lasts 10s and applies LIVING WILL.
LIVING WILL grants 5 Health Regeneration per second, and automatically protects against fatal damage while active. Can revive downed players if it heals them to full when downed. Lasts 20s.
Revived allies canno be affected by Living Will for 180s.
PRESS: Slam Vial on the ground, creating the effect at the Alchemist's feet.
HOLD & RELEASE: Aim and throw the Vial causing the same effect where it lands.
Cooldown: 86.4s.

AnonymousThis seems to be active for longer than 20 seconds… by quite a bit, actually. The healing portion seems to end after the stated 20 seconds but the self res seems to remain active for much longer.

Been using this on a tank build, replacing Medic with Alchemist for the extra Concoctions. This skill comes in clutch where something like wellspring can't, if you do get downed while affected by the long lasting buff, you'll instantly get yourself back up on a cool down! Basically this is Wellspring but you can throw it and it'll also revive anyone affected. Give it a shot if you're a tank or support oriented build!

Can you use this while downed or does it need to be used before you go down?

Does anyone know if this can revive people that are already downed by throwing it at them?

This is broken, when u use it if the buff expires you get revived without triggering the cooldown form the revive.
Inclusive in coop, u can use it as basically infinite revives.

This does not stop your health from dropping below 1. Or prevent death while active. Instead it automatically revives you at 100% HP similar to Challeger Prime Perk.
If you take fatal damage whilst having elixir active and also have a thean seed active you lose the thaen seed and the elixir goes in to cool down time !
Should be one or the other surely ?
