I was able to buy Nightmare Spiral after finishing the last unique World Boss variation that I hadn’t done yet.
Coincidentally, after this fight I was also able to buy Constrained Heart, which unlocks after clearing 15 biomes (worlds).
With this information, I think Nightmare Spiral is what is unlocked for purchase after killing all unique World Boss variations, and the Diverting Heart is actually unlocked for completing 30 biomes.
I am keeping a running count moving forward to confirm this about Diverting Heart.

so do i have to have beaten all bosses and variations as host or does it count if I've done some on my friends worlds? i have done every variant world boss but no heart.

Just play the game normally and clear biomes.

I got it from Cass, after receiving the Tranquil Heart, while I had a total of 18 hearts. And the classes of Archon and Invader were also selected. Maybe it will help someone.

A variety of tubes, injectors, and plugs have been grafted on to this thing to see if its healing energies could be used for something else. I mean, what if you're perfectly healthy, but you're just tired?

Yes, but no idea on conditions, i got it after doing yaesha and messing around with skill cooldowns and classes, once completed yaesha went back and she sold it.

Kind of butts. The duration is too short. Works best if you already have a ton of CDR, but there's just so many better ways of getting across that last 20% than sacrificing your ever-important relic slot.
