Profane Heart is a Relic in Remnant 2. Profane Heart grants the wearer a 3% Lifesteal Bonus and upon activating it, will increase all Lifesteal efficiency by 50% for 15s. It is a brand new Relic debuting in the second DLC of the game, The Forgotten Kingdom DLC.

Remnant 2 Profane Heart Location

Profane Heart can be found at the following locations:

• Yaesha - Infested Abyss, given by the Root (NPC) in return for NOT letting The Keeper cleanse the Profane Soul Stone amulet;
• After declining The Keeper at The Labyrinth, you must return to the bottom of the Infested Abyss and talk to the Root (NPC) again to obtain this relic.

• Upon receiving the Profane Heart, you will also receive "The burden hardest to bear" achievement.
