Top tier, easily one of the best depending on what your build is using. This is best for grey health builds like Omen Ring or high DR tank builds.

If you're using a squishier build, consider Shielded Heart. Support tank builds, Resonating. Lifeless is okay for Engie. Other than that, no reason to use the others tbh.

if not using save analyzer for some reason
        Tip
        always start reroll with losomn
Since Nerud only has 2 map seeds instead of 3
waaay higher chance u will have proper path
And Marrows Path is one of the fastest to clear
And if you dont intend to full clear
Then you also can get back to the web the second you pick up the Pin and save alot of time

This Heart is quite powerful and while it's active portion SEEMS weaker to compensate for it's passive effect, it can actually be made to easily match other hearts in active power.

By combining the passive 2 regen from this Heart (if it says 2.3 that is because of the +15% relic boost from medic) with the 1.5 regen from summoner trait and then multiplying the regen with the +50% medic trait you can achieve a passive 5.25 HP per second at ALL times. This requires at most 20 trait points and no ring/amulet slots to achieve. Using the Heart at this point would add an additional 5.25 HP per second for a lotal of 78.75 HP per relic use. This can be further and massively increased by ...drum roll... literally every other source of HP regen in the game, mutators, weapon mods, skills, consumbables, jewelry, etc.

Having high amounts of health regen at all times combined with the ability to preemptively use this Heart to become impervious to even larger amounts of damage for the next 15 seconds is, to say the least, potent.

Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

"For the tranquil heart, you need the following materials:" Ya, thanks for that. Very helpful. The best part was the distinct lack of information about the item I needed.

So buying the dlc actually make rolling for tranquil heart even more difficult? Is there an option to disable DLC content?

Is there a stat somewhere to track your net Health Regeneration? It can sometimes be a bit hard to parse for me.

For everyone wondering, it requires 2x RNG luck.
I went for N'Erud Seekers Rest for the campagne reroll, speedran through the main story area's until I found Timeless Horizon, searched for the Tower that contained the Pin, speedran the rest of that N'Erud without using the Pin for the story boss, ran through the Labyrinth and stepped into Losomn and landed at Morrow Parish, speedran that until the very end and even invited 2 of my buddies right before I grabbed it so they have it too now.

Got that on the very first reroll tho, yes it's a pain in the ass to get both RNG's correct but that relic is so worth it.
Without being build on Melee I just run in on a ton of mobs and outheal everything with this.

If you have the time and patience, consider trying your luck on campagne rerolls. It's worth it.

I finally found the heart but now I need to reroll it again to replace the tormented heart I lost, tried 3 rerolls and didn't get the world's to match, onto my fourth try lol

For some reason this relic (i tried all others and dont change a thing) gives me +10 to all resistances and i cant figure out why.
                      Please confirm this.

Rerolled the campaign and speedran 4 Losomn and 4 Labyrinth for this. Totally worth it if you stack a lot of health regen.

At first glance it may seem underwhelming and niche use as a relic; but in practice it is actually incredibly strong and one of the best general use relics in the entire game.

You basically have a slightly stronger blood root going at all times in the background with literally no extra investment aside from just equipping this on your quickslot bar.

But the insane part is that with more investment this relic just gets better. Regrowth trait adds more Regen value, and that can be further bolstered by Triage trait. 5.25 health per second at all times without doing anything is needless to say crazy good.

On high world level nightmare and Apoc where everything can one shot you being able to focus on dodging out of trouble but simultaneously having the Regen go on in the background is a godsend. And again, it's all free. You don't have to click anything, you don't have to wait for animations to finish, it's all background.

The devs fully knew what they were doing locking this heart through as many hoops as it is behind.

Seriously, if you can get your campaign roll (since quest items cannot carry over in adventure mode) to line up in such that you get obtain this heart, get it asap. Your nightmare and Apoc runs will thank me later.

I ask because I don’t have it yet: does the passive health regen of this relic apply to allies when I use the medic class?

                            • Anonymous

there is no hidden effect for alchemists, this heart's passive healing just procs the alchemist's panacea perk

Checked the hidden effect. Alchemist + Tranquil Heart, does not grant any resistances to elements or blights. Needs to be removed from the page as it's false.

I added into the notes one of the hidden effects I found: Alchemist gives you 10 resistance to elements and status if you have the Tranquil Heart equipped.

So, does this mean, I screwed myself by doing the "wrong" questline in N'erud? I cant keep the Needle in Adventuremode if I reroll into another Adventure?

Make your life easier until a save analyzer comes out for Remnant 2.
Reroll your campaign. Aim to get either Nerud or Losomn as you first world. Did you get Yaesha? Don't waste your time just reroll.
See the first location in your biome. Is it Seeker's rest for Nerud? Speedrun it and Labyrinth until you get access to Losomn. Don't even divert your route to get the Override pin just speedrun it. Did you get Marrow Parish as your first area in Losomn? You done it. Go back grab the Pin and proceed as per normal.
Do the same in reverse if your first Biome was Losomn. Did you get Marrow Parish as your first area? Speedrun it until you get to Nerud and if you got Seekers Rest as your starting area you are good to go.
If in either Biome you didn't get the right starting area reroll on the spot. Each run on the lowest difficulty should take between 45 mins to 1 hour. Is it ideal? Nope. But at least you should be able to get it in a couple of attempts with the least amount of time wasted.
God I hope the save analyzer comes out soon.

People complaining here like you can't reroll for a 50% chance of success and it barely takes one hours worth of work on survivor.

                                        • Anonymous

for this to farm, you need to have the nightweaver story and the custodian story in your campaign to farm the tormented heart.
So, you just need to reroll your campaign on standard difficulty until you manage to start either with "nerud - seekers rest" or "losomn - morrow parish".
You rush through it until you get to the other and look whether you've got it, 50% chance.
If not, reroll, else, you're good to go.
Get the questitem from nerud, sacrifice it to the web and you're good to go, then give it to nimue, you shouldn't even have to reroll since she's guaranteed to spawn in the nightweaver story.

                                          • Anonymous

If you did Losomn first, then N'Erud, don't be alarmed. There's a room down in the basement where you can still sacrifice items, even though you've killed the nightweaver.
I almost ALT+F4 before I noticed. Good luck!

This is so rng to get , have to reroll story, can’t even do adventure mode ,
You need specific bosses for 2 different worlds in 1 story mode and hope that 1 specific item spawns in 1 of them

As soon as this was added to my inventory, I now memory leak as soon as I look at it in inventory and if I leave it open more than 15 seconds my game crashes. No more inventory management for me.
