how come i could buy the bright steel ring (fast dodge no matter what weight) for "clear 15 biomes", which is also killing 15 world bosses, but still cant buy that heart for 12 bosses.
and sure its as Cass ? she only has random stuff, reggie is the achievement vendor after all... or does it appear randomly at Cass after doing 12 world bosses ?

When they say "world bosses" can I just kill Ravager 12x and get this? Because I definitely should have this thing by now.

I wonder if you have Bulwark while using this relic? Because if not, then I don't see much use in just that 5s of Bulwark. Would be great if you have Bulwark while trying to heal so you don't get staggered while trying to use it.
