Siphon Heart is a Relic in Remnant 2. Siphon Heart grants the user 10% of base damage dealt as Lifesteal for 10 seconds.
The average lifespan of a Drzyr is several hundred years. By contrast, I have survived for ages, siphoning life from space and time through consumption of the ambit ember.
I often wonder if the Seekers knew we could extend our lives in this manner and hid! it from us for reasons of their own. I myself see no disadvantages to the process.

- Life for life--that is the idea behind this technology. Apparently, when one lives as long as the Drzyr, exchanging a few years of one's lifespan here and there is no big deal.

AnonymousRelic efficacy and relic healing effectiveness both seem to buff the lifesteal of this heart, so Conservation Seal, Nimue's Ribbon, etc should all go well with it.

I didn't have the custodian in my campaign I got the prison and toad guy who drops th shining essence echo.
If you think rolling adventure and handing it to custodian will work...... your wrong.
I don't have that relic but I have the idol (obtained in a completely different playthrough this is my second Shining Essence Echo) the custodian has no dialogue option for it nor does he give it.
Seems like you have to have both the custodian and the toad in the same world for it the relic

After Defeating Tal Ratha in either form you will get Shining Essence Echo. If you return it to the Custodian he will give you this Heart.
Or you can bring it Drzyr Replicator, below Custodian's room, to get Void Idol amulet

I'm not sure what is going on here, but it seems that my alchemy ring + atonement fold (6% lifesteal) not only didn't stack for lifesteal, but the Siphon heart stopped my lifesteal altogether while it was in effect. My lifesteal returns after the siphon heart deactivates
