Unsullied Heart is a Relic in Remnant 2. Unsullied Heart heals the user for 100% of their Current Health over 0.5 seconds.

Unsullied Heart can be found at the following locations:
- If you've got the One True King Sigil from combining both Faerin's and Faelin's Rings. Equip it and then stand in front of the large sword wielding statue in the Beatific Palace or Malefic Palace that's by the golden lever day/night switch, it will then raise and grant the Unsullied Heart Relic.

Imagine this:
You're medic
You have 160HP
You're playing coop
Your teammates are needing heal
You have full HP
You use this heart and you do huge heals
If you use the burden ring for even more 50% healing you're never gonna let anyone die

its definitely worse than the base dragon heart but i guess if you have full HP, start packing rings and amulets that share healing with teammates, and even sneak in something to avoid consuming relic charges, you can pocket the team effectively with this. not sure, still feels like other hearts are way better just because they wouldn't vary

The only use I have gotten from this particular item is for my medic support build early in, as the heal you get when buffed with amulets, relics, rings can overshoot the standard 30% your teammates get from using it, healing them to max. (Example, I managed to buff the heal on this thing to 165% starting out on survivor difficulty.)
But once again it's only really useful until I got my hands on the Resonating Heart, which proved far more effective with it's overheal ability.

The default Dragon Heart is better than this and you start off with it. So what is the point of this? Or if you happen to have 140 HP or above, Resonating Heart is a superior version of this.

Seems the statue in either beatific or malefic palace has the unsullied heart in it once unlocked with one true king sigil.

Could be used with a medic/ support class to heal low teamates

This could be pretty decent if you are running a restriction cord setup

Terrible. You have to have a massive health pool for this to be better than a Dragon Heart and even then it's depends on your current health at the time.

Isn't this like, really bad? You should theoretically only heal at around 40-50% HP, but other hearts can heal just as much if not more and can be used at low HP.

Remember that its 100% of CURRENT health, so using it at low health will net you next to nothing. Im not seeing much use for it but there may be a few "On relic use" rings and amulets that can make this shine.

This is acquired by having the One True King Sigil Amulet equipped during the day mode of the Palace.
So theres 2 of these right, one in the day time and one in the night time, I picked up one, checked it to see it heals 100% of hp, then went to night time, picked up a second one, and now it says it heals 150% of current hp, is this supposed to happen or is it a bug, cant find anything about it online, I didnt change any traits or anything in between picking the first one and the second one up
