So I just got this on adventure mode, and only found 1 children. No idea what this whole “full quilt” or “half quilt” means, but I’ve read other reports of people not able to get this in adventure mode or after re-rolling or something?

Alright, i tried to get a bit more light on this topic so i rerolled a lot because im also in this situation that for me all 12 pathes are visible. But to get the relic u need to be somewhere between 6 and 12(all), "rescued" 2 dran children and exhaust all her conversation possibilities. My problem now is that it looks like that for this specific item there is no way back because, like i said, i rerolled EVERYTHING campaign AND adventure mode multiple times for trying to 'wipe' the quilt but it looks hardly like that the Oracle is a bit matrix-like and keeps your progress over everything.

Long story short; when u missed this timing to go to the Oracle before the last patch/"event"(#12) is done u won't be able to get the quilted Heart!
somehow cool that there is a not-wipeable-NPC but sad that there is a item which has the possibilty to be not obtainable, and this in a game which is buildt around to go multiple times through everything...

at the end i can only say those are the informations which i have at the current time(date) and hope they help someone BEFORE its to late :)

I'm also locked out of this relic since I couldn't get it before I got the whole quilt completed..would be nice if this get fixed..

So I only talked to her after getting all 12 quilt patches and I guess this character is locked out of this item? Lame.

I'm guessing you have to complete 6 "events" basically dungeons/bosses in Losomn. Theory is since she mentions its half complete there are 12 squares on the quilt that each signify an event you have completed. It seems to carry over from campaign as well because looking at the quilt in adventure mode it still has the events counted as done.

I got this from the old woman in the orphanage after returning the two kids. But on a reroll, I took my friend through to get it and he just got the recovery trait but not the quilted heart. It may be worth mentioning, but on the reroll, I escorted the kids back on my own and didn't speak to the old woman to turn in the quest until my friend joined me later. Maybe it's possible that because he didn't actually do the quest and was only there to turn it in, he didn't get the full reward? I'm not sure.

Got this and the recovery trait at the same time. Spun up an adventure mode in Losomn and got the 1 true king storyline. Completed that, then went back to my campaign Losomn, which was the asylum storyline. Found the kids, talked to the old lady, and got both items after exhausting dialogue.

Got this from the old woman in the orphanage, she mentioned the quilt was half complete before giving it to me. You still need to get the two children first of course.
