Dran's Dream is a Consumable Item in Remnant 2. Dran's Dream is a necessary Consumable to craft Anguish Handgun.
Who is capable of conjuring such a thing, and to what end? For what toll? Questions like these leave a foul taste in my mouth, and yet...l find it difficult to lay aside my fascination with the thought of possessing such a rare treasure.
Remnant 2 Use and Effects of Dran's Dream
Dran's Dream causes the following effect when used:
- Is an important Item to obtain the Occult Vessel in order to craft Anguish Handgun.
After use, you will be transported to a shore where the Occult Vessel will be next to sitting Dran.
How to Get Dran's Dream in Remnant 2
Dran's Dream can be obtained in tthe following locations:
- Play on campaign mode up to Root Earth. Do note that it needs to be a POST-DLC update run, it won't work on a campaign created before the update.
- Play an adventure with the Ethereal Manor Event. Complete it by using the Liquid Escape. From now on, in order to get Anguish, you must NOT die. If you do, you will have to repeat the whole process from this point.
- Head to Ward 13 and you will find a Dran there. He can be found by the Ward Gate, where Ford takes you at the start of the game. Talk to him. From now on, you will have to find this Dran in multiple locations.
- Head to Yaesha, and it needs to have the Red Throne area. He can be found down the left building to the prison, talk to him again.
- Head to the Labyrinth, and find him once again, this time, he is on top of the big portal. (Teleport to Fractured Ingress checkpoint)
- Reroll a N'erud adventure that contains the Forgotten Prison area. Talk to the Dran at the Forgotten Prison. You will have to complete the first dungeon in order to reach The Eon Vault.
- Head to the Ashen Wasteland checkpoint in Root Earth. You will have to find the Dran again. This time, he can be found after the trainyard siege, by the fence.
- Reroll a Losomn adventure starting at Marrow Parish. Progress until you get to the Tormented Asylum, and you will find the dran there. Talk to him to receive Dran's Dream.

AnonymousTook me 60 hours to find the event. Then took 20-25min to do the whole quest -.- It's not a difficult quest, as people try to make it sound. If you just plan before starting it making sure you have most of the locations, it's not difficult at all. Did it solo on nightmare

Giving coins to the red prince counts as a death and resets the quest. U gotta reroll and find ethereal manor again if this happens.

All you need is Labyrinth and Root Earth in story mode (both completed). If you have friends join or tag along they will get it as long as everyone doesn’t die. (Go back to a checkpoint/wipe/drink the Kool-Aid)

Had friend join part way, friend died a few times during the tail end of going to zones to find the dran and still received item. As far as I could tell, was not timed/timer specific. I had root earth and labyrinth from campaign saved, but rerolled the other 3 and got new rings so explored a lot of the zones. Will find out if can be sold to vendors in Ward 13.
All you need is "forgotten prison" and "the red throne" then find the event in marrow, but before starting it, clear the map until last boss so you can teleport directly to asylum. No need to fight or even risk dying
