The Crimson Guard Set is an Armor Set in Remnant 2. Crimson Guard Set is a Heavy armor. It is a brand new Armor Set debuting in the Remnant 2 The Awakened King DLC.
Where to Find Crimson Guard Set in Remnant 2
The Crimson Guard Set is given by the Red Prince once he becomes the Red King.
1. Kill The One True King.
2. Give 3 coins to The Red Prince at the Gilded Chambers.
3. Speak to the Red King at the Chamber of the Faithless.
NOTE: For this to work the Gilded Chambers must spawn in the same seed as the DLC content.
NOTE: Wearing the Crown of the Red Prince when entering The Red Prince room will automaticly start the fight, therefore you will be unable to give the 3 coins.

Armor Sets focus on aesthetics rather than set bonuses, allowing for more freedom in Build variety, while the weight of an Armor Set plays a crucial role in determining the effectiveness of evasive maneuvers and overall combat proficiency, as lighter sets enable enhanced agility and fluidity of movement, facilitating easier and longer dodges compared to heavier sets.
Crimson Guard Set is a heavy Armor Set, so you will experience Slow Dodge with a 50% penalty on Stamina cost, unless you have at least 2 points in Strong Back which will allow you to wear this set with medium encumbrance.

AnonymousRolled the correct pairing, killed the One True King... yet there were no coins in the Gilded Chambers leading up to The Red Prince. Not a single one. What a ****ing sham.

After getting the True Crimson Crown from giving Nimue the Crimson Guard Shroud and Crown of the Red Prince, I wanted to reacquire the shroud. He is not giving me the Crimson Guard armor set again, after multiple re-rolls and attempts. He only has a few lines of dialogue, to include calling my character "Champion", but he doesn't give the armor set again.

We did everything correct, 1st, Killed the King, 2nd gave the Prince the 3 coins, He talked and then he killed us. No Armor reward, no one wearing the crown. What's going on?

Does giving the scribe the memoir mess this up? I killed the OTK and backtracked to the Prince and gave him the coins. But when I go back to chamber of the faithless he's not there.

The Red Prince has to be in the same adventure as The One True King. So its map RNG to get both

given Prince coins on adventure mode, then rerolled into DLC and killed King, now Red Prince wont show up, can somone explain?

kill the true king in adventure mod, farm the coin in gilded chambers in story mod (take me 3h30), give them to the red prince, return to adv, no red king in the chamber in the faithless, i guess i have done something wrong...

The Crimson Guard Armor is visually similar to the Fae Royal set dyed in the Red King's colors, with the exception of the shroud covering your face in shadows with glowing eyes, similar to the Red King himself.

Don't turn on One Shot mode, otherwise you won't be able to meet the Red Prince
