AnonymousCouldn't get the set from Whisper, so I followed the advice given in earlier comments.
Unfortunately after getting the golden compass, equiping the Explorer archetype and then chatting with the silent Whisper guy, I still didn't get this **** working.
So great, yet ANOTHER progression / reward bug, among the many others. Gotta love playing a game for fun, the challenge and the rewards, except the rewards are apparantly a teensy tiny bit buggy and it just so happens to be the loot that is actually important and desired.

This game is phenomenal, I love it really I do. The devs have done an amazing job and they truly understand what makes a looter shooter feel fun. However the amount of progression bugs and gameplay breaking horseshit that made it into the final cut is mind bogging. How do any of these things get past quality testing?

Cool spent 100 plus hours in this game playing and collecting all the gear and beat the game only to not be sold the armor, I’ve re rolled offline, I’ve created a new explorer character and nothing works whispers will not sell the armor. I think I’m about done with this game, this is just bullshit.

I was able to buy this before beating campaign... I did beat it on co op and already had explorer maxed..

I think it’s a bug. I beat the campaign as well and none of the armor is showing in whispers shop. Realmwalker, Leto mk 1, bandit or cultist

Anyone know where to get this besides starting a character on the explorer?
Equipping the tunic keeps instantly crashing my game.
